How to Read the Bible Well | All Men and Women (All Ages) - 11am

Reading the Bible well can change the focus of your daily life, soften your heart, improve your relationships, and contribute to a sense of peace and satisfaction. However, reading the Bible can also seem overwhelming. Some parts of the Bible are simple and easy to apply while others are complex. Join us for Foundations: How to Read the Bible Well. In this interactive workshop, we’ll learn a practical, three-step process for understanding what we read in the Bible. This module will meet on Sunday, June 14th and 21st at Buckhead Church in the Gallery (1st floor) from 11:00am-12:00pm. We will have coffee available for attendees. [Foundations is a series of six short-term group experiences where adults can learn the essentials of following Jesus as they build and own a faith of their own.]

Foundations - Understanding Your New Identity | June 2026

When we enter into a relationship with Jesus, we take on a new identity. But if we don't know what that means, it's hard to experience the benefits of this new reality. Join us for Foundations: Understanding Your New Identity, where we’ll explore our identity in Christ and how it changes the way we live. Utilizing both classroom-style teaching and table discussion, we’ll talk through key themes in the New Testament that help us understand: How God relates to us before and after our relationship with Jesus. What it means to be “in Christ” and how that should affect our day-to-day living. How being an active part of the global church keeps Jesus’s mission moving forward. This class will meet for 3 weeks on Sunday, June 7, 14 and 21 from 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. at Hamilton Mill Church in the Gallery.
